Our housing counselors and attorneys keep homeowners informed of their options, assist them in applying for mortgage modifications, accompany them to settlement conferences, and more.
With help from LIHS, Nicholas and his family won the long battle for their home. More than three years after their troubles began, Nicholas signed a permanent mortgage modification last month. With past debts resolved and a more affordable monthly payment, the family can finally move forward with confidence.
