New York Fair Housing Network Responds to State of the State Address

STATEWIDE COALITION APPLAUDS GOVERNOR’S COMMITMENT TO FAIR HOUSING

Below is a joint statement issued by the New York Fair Housing Network in response to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s 2023 State of the State address:

“The New York State Fair Housing Network applauds Governor Kathy Hochul for her commitment to remedy New York’s housing crisis. On October 19, 2022, Long Island Housing Services, Inc. (LIHS) honored Mitchell Pally, CEO of the Long Island Builder’s Institute (LIBI), at their Fair Housing Gala for his outspoken advocacy of fair housing rights. Long Island Housing Services hosted its Fair Housing Gala at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY with an evening of dining and dancing.  How to honor Mitch.
